Correct. Here are the extensions of files which can execute *directly*
(opening as an attachment, double-clicking, etc.) under Windows:
.exe
.bat
.com
.scr
.pif
.vbs
.js
DLLs cannot be run directly. Nor can .vb or .vba files.
