I still use the old butterfly tape technique using a thin piece of tape around the port on either side crossing the ends of tape over one another above the site and taping it down in and then putting an opsite (or other type actually on the tip of the port) on, then after I connect the tubing, I use one or two pieces of 1" tape over the tuping taping it down proximal to the site itself. Looks like a lot of tape but I don't often have problems loosing the site!
