Oh it was fun then, I was 16 y/o, had an advanced first aid & Emergency Care Card and a CPR card, both Red Cross and was allowed to be an AIC (AT 16!!!). and that was in 1979. Thank God not long after we had to be EMT-As, which was a hell of a lot more content than the EMT-B I took when I re-entered the field a year ago!! Patrick H.
