But, how do we enforce this? Stop everyone and make sure they don't have any infared devices? If someone changed the light, I'm sure they would get into a heap of trouble under the current system, otherwise, we would be hearing a lot about this kind of tampering.
If someone used an infrared gadget to make the light change, how would anybody know that it had happened? -Dave
