You stole my thunder about finding the hydrants. We had a fire two weeks ago in an assisted living complex, and lost eight apartments. The first cop on scene, the complex manager, and an off duty dispatcher managed to get everyone out before we got there. There we NO fire related injuries at the scene. And yes, we had to move the cruiser so we could hook the hydrant.
