 I wonder how many people have already built such a "transmitter", and if
they are using it? I'm suprised I haven't seen devices like this being
(spam/a)vertised on the net or in the back of magazines along with 
illegal cable descramblers. I'm sure every Joe Q wouyld love something like
this. (One can imagine the eventual chaos :)
