I WAS THREATENED BY STUDENT AND IM SO SCARED..............

someone please help me and tell me what to do.....ASAP!
i am in high school and i am in an organization for our school.
well, i was kicked out for having ONE bad citizen ship grade!
then, i find out that another kid in there gets a DUI....THE ONE THING
WE TEACH LITTLE KIDS NOT TO DO!!!!! .......and nothing happens to
him!!! what is up with that? is that right? i know the
advisor is playing favorites! she honestly dislikes me because im the 
class clown and always loud----mainly why i got the bad citizen ship
grade
in another class....but i cant help that! so anyway, i confronted the
kid
and asked if he talked to the advisor, which he did, and said
everything
was fine! i asked why i got kicked out and he didnt, and as a rude
remark to rub it in, he said "because im a good person and obviously
you're not"!!!!
so i said i was going to talk to my school councelor about it BECAUSE 
OBVIOUSLY THIS ISNT FAIR!!!!! he said not to, or he cant get into
college, and i said what about me?!?!?!?!?!?! so he said again with a
serious, i mean serious face, "if you get me kicked out, ill make your
life hell." that
truely scared me. you dont know the people in school he knows. im
scared
that i will be considered a 'tattler', but this isnt right! and i want
to be on this organization as much as he does! what do i do? please, i
really
need anyones help out there! this is scaring me so bad, and stressing
me out
so bad! thanks a lot! XX
