Apparently you have entirely overlooked Dr. Trevor-Roper's important
observation.

Hitler was a demagogue, a political salesman, a rhetorician, a
scheister, he sold his people a bill of goods in public.

Do you not believe that?

Do you really believe that when he wrote and made speeches for public
he wasn't trying to rouse the passions of the people?

If you do then you are one of the very few. But it wouldn't surprise
me if you were to make the statement that Hitler was a completely
trustworthy person. He wasn't.

That is why Dr. Trevor-Roper said that you have to pierce the veil of
his public statements and discern his true sentiments from his private
conversations such as the table talk.

By the way, Trevor-Roper took his Ph.D. in modern history from Oxford,
where he later taught on this very subject. Where did you get yours?
What courses on Hitler do you teach at the University level?
