Perhaps.  But nothing in the "transcripted" portion seems to be
relevant to the decision and/or its basis.  The closest that it comes
is the references to "acknowledgement of God", and absent context,
that could mean in the broad sense of "throughout his life" which
might be more sinister, but in the likely context means "while
performing his duties as Chief Justice".

Neither the "transcript" nor the decision deals with "what Moore
believes about God", so it is irrelevant to this discussion at the
least.  The decision is about his actions, and whether his words
indicate that his actions might be different in the future.

It wasn't, so there isn't, so it isn't.
