<yes we know.. you dont belive in the bible.. the things thst you mentioned

I'm not sure where one gets this "Atheist handbook" -- I'd like a copy --
but insofar as no infanticide nor genocide in the Bible, how about
1st Saumuel 15:


    Samuel also said unto Saul, The LORD sent me to anoint thee to be king
    over his people, over Israel: now therefore hearken thou unto the voice
    of the words of the LORD. 

    2   Thus saith the LORD of hosts, I remember that which Amalek did to
    Israel, how he laid wait for him in the way, when he came up from
    Egypt. 

    3   Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have,
    and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling,
    ox and sheep, camel and ass. 
    
    
"slay both man and woman, infant and suckling".  Notice that later in the
same chapter God gets pissed at Saul -- not for (apparently) killing
the women and children, and all but one of the men -- but for sparing
the King and the animals.

Here's a nice one from Hosea 13:

    16 Samaria shall become desolate; for she hath rebelled against her
    God: they shall fall by the sword: their infants shall be dashed in
    pieces, and their women with child shall be ripped up. 
    

God kills all the firstborn of Egypt.  God kills EVERYONE in Sodom
and Gomorrah.  In Deuteronomy, God tells the Israelites how to 
deal with the populations of those cities which God decides
the Israelites should take for their own:

    But of the cities of these people, which the LORD thy God doth give 
    thee for an inheritance, thou shalt save alive nothing that breatheth:

       for what you have done to us-
