Thanks.  I'm actually planning on going into biostatistics, and I just
wanted to make sure there are no better fields.

I know I have antisocial tendencies, and that was part of the reason I got
into computers in the first place.  It would be unrealistic for me to
magically transform into a great humanist at this stage.  As a health
professional, I would be expected to respect the types of people whose
mission in life is saving the starving baby whales of the Amazon rain
forest.  It's hard for me to keep a straight face around those kinds of
people.
