Keloid scars

I have a keloid scar on my jawline which developed from a cyst 7 years
ago.  I understand that keloids are difficult to treat, but it appears
that there are several options for managing the condition. I would be
extremely grateful if anyone could send  me recommendations for
possible  treatments.  I would also be interested to read any recent
literature/research about keloids.
