Re: Age discrimination in theory and practice



Thank you all for your advice and counsel, as we say in the legal
profession.  I'm going to put in my application to Columbia's post-bac
program.  It's only $50 to apply and some legwork to round up
transcripts, etc., but that'll buy me some more time.  

The point made earlier is my biggest concern: forever regretting not
taking the road less travelled.  

The other issue irking me is having to repeat in the post-bac program
all the courses I took in my first two years as an undergrad some 20
years ago.  I mean really, carrying around those calculus and
chemistry texts like the 19 year old kids on the subway?!  Heaven help
us!
