Assignment

I am required to do an assignment on what information one would need
to know when designing a web page that sells goods.  I have decided to
do it on either amazon or ebay.  However they do not seem to have a
contact address for general enquiries on their sites.  Does anyone
know what address I can use to contact these people, or anyone
applicable.
