Pinhead Bureaurats at Colleges

University staff bureaurats:

As a group,generally, a bunch of uncaring, lazy, collect-my-check peons.

Are there any colleges who are actually interested in serving new
students? 

Maybe new colleges that actually need new students?

If so, I'd like to hear about them.

It's all a good reason for not even going to school any longer.
