It's pretty obvious to me that nothing which, if ignored,
would cause me to be delayed inconveniently or even stranded
at the roadside, much less get cut up, is "trivial."

Granted, your priorities may vary and perhaps this just doesn't
sound that way to you.  Then again, perhaps things would sound
a little different if you bothered to scrape the rectal polyps
out of your ears.
