Rebates from Fry's FRAUD

I puchased two items from Fry's Electronics in August. I sent all the
required paperwork with in the time frame stated on the rebate forms.
They were sent with my return address. I still have not received any
checks. One company (EPO Technology offered a  rebate for 58X cdrom)
claims on their web site they sent out a check on 10/14/03, which I
never received.  The other rebate company (Pacific Digital offered a
rebate for a RW CDROM) will not even return my calls. Has any of you
received a rebate from these companies? Does anyone know who I can
contact to get this resolved?

I use to like Fry's, now I'm not so sure about them.
