You should ask your letter carrier to stop delivering mail addressed to the mother of the wife of the previous owner. If s/eh keeps delivering it, you should ask your local postmaster to see to it that it stops. Note that your letter carrier and/or postmaster is allowed, in response, to demand that you put the last name(s) of current residents on your mailbox and only deliver mail addressed to those names.
