Consortium, skull & bones recruitment



Executive Summary
The Consortium is an exclusive set of freelance consultants that have
been carefully handpicked to be members of a society of innovative
strategists. Members are chosen from a diverse set of ethnic and
socioeconomic backgrounds. It is intended for the Consortium to act as
long-lasting society as well as a business. All members of the
Consortium have specialty knowledge in each industry channel that we
provide consulting services for. All Consortium consultants work full
time in their respected industries. Members of the Consortium have
keen, innovative ideals and are devoted to thinking outside of the
box. The Consortium's Board of Directors manages new consulting
contracts ands bids and distributes the awarded contracts to its
exclusive members only. The Consortium's freelance consultants work on
contracts during their off hours and provide invaluable consulting
analysis and recommendations to our clients.  Members of the
Consortium are proven leaders in their industry's practices.

The Board of Directors (BOD) consists of ten principle partners and a
rotating Chairman of the Board (COB).

Membership Requirements
· Candidates must be currently working full time and have steady
income(s)
· Candidates must be under the age of 35
· Submit sample Case / Trade / Strategy study, studies must have been
completed in a professional work environment or in advanced degree
studies
· Submit recent professional photograph
· Submit resume / CV – including contact telephone, email, and address
· Submit Consortium Confidentiality & Proprietary Agreement



Desired Qualifications
·Candidate works for a Fortune 500 company or another renowned
organization
·Candidate has an advanced degree(s): Physicians, Attorneys, MBAs,
PHDs
·Candidate has access to socioeconomic movers and shakers
·Candidate has a drive to succeed
·Candidate has a pedigree of family power
·Candidate has fluency in another language besides English
·Candidate has international connections
·Submit a statement of connections to influential movers and shakers
