Be aware that some retailers have different return policies for their online stores and their brick & mortar stores. If you are uncertain about Wal-Mart's policy for returning an item (any item), just ask someone there to give you a copy of the return policy. Some stores also charge a restocking fee for electronic goods, but I don't know if Wal-Mart is one of them. Read the return policy and ask a manager any questions if the policy is not clear.
