V, since I've never been remotely involved in a similar situation I have a
question.  Certainly the north/south road easement through OP's property
would be in his deed if it exists.  If there is an easement to the east or
west roads OP mentions would the easement TO his property be mentioned in
his deed or only in the deeds of the adjoining property?
