But that's the OPPOSITE situation. (Yeah he doesn't have his own phone
yet but there are pay phones around town and also phone companies have
lobby phones in customer service offices)  What Jonathan is talking
about, would be comparable to CALLING the TELEPHONE company, and then
having them insist you apply by MAIL.

POSTAL service doesn't want a LETTER .....
