thanks.  I'll suggest it to my husband who does those kinds of repairs
and see which one he wants to do.  he said when it came back on the
error message was "FP" or "F3".   we had the control panel replaced
once already because the glass shattered.

Interestingly, I didn't buy the Dacor because of the repair issues
with that brand of convection.   Mine isn't the dual fuel but gas
only.
