Re: Maytag Neptune Washer lousy customer service for repair; I would think twice next time and buy from Sears



I had to call Maytag and they would not replace the gasket, even though it
was a defect, until the service man called them.

I just got rid of mine. I had it repaired about a year ago. An now something
else went wrong. The service man wanted $300.00 to repair it.

I just bought a new one, different brand with extended warranty all for
under $300.00. And does the job.
