Re: Maytag Neptune Washer lousy customer service for repair; I would think twice next time and buy from Sears



Mine is one of the original Neptunes and the gasket never failed in
about 6 years of use but Maytag recently replaced it for free with a
mildew resistent one.  They are bending over backwards to keep Neptune
buyers happy, in my experience anyway.
