I have a 20 year old Wards refridgerator with the ground on the top of
the plug.  Of course the outlet is mounted with the ground at the
bottom. Its the only appliance in the house with the cord exiting
upwards when plugged into the walI and the only refridgerator  I've
ever seen with this "feature".
