When you call the store where the machine was purchased they will tell
you to call the service number in the warranty book. They will have
nothing to do with servicing it for the first year. Calling the place
where it was purchased may only work with a place like Sears. You will
have good leverage with them since you probably charged it on your
card. 

And then comes the delivery guys. If they don't drop it off the truck,
they tear up everything in the path of the final resting place. They
realy must be watched carfully.
