Must interject here, they are not junk. I have a Neptune washer and dryer
and the service provided has been flawless by Maytag here in good ol'
Austin, Texas. Machines work great for me - less water - less detergent.
Be realistic, you cannot stuff so much that items are hanging out of the
machine. I've never had an item become damaged in my machine but I don't
stuff the hell out of it either. Seems to wash my king items just fine
without any damage. I do not have the computer/lcd machine (the latest
model I think), just the orignal Neptune with the dials on it. It's had a
few problems but nothing that a call to Maytag didn't fix and I've never
waited longer than 48 hours for them to come out and repair it.
