If you're talking about an electric room heater, it is likely that it
will cost you more -- electric heat is the most expensive kind.

Actually, we're supposed to be lowering our heat at night, anyway, in
order to conserve fuel.

Personally, I sleep better when the temp is lower at night, anyway.

Another blanket works just fine, and its REALLY cheap compared to ANY
heating device!
