I have Krap-maid cabinets in my house. I only got them because the guy I
used to work with is a dealer and let me have them at his cost. His cost
was 22-28% of what he would sell them to the general public for. In other
words - I paid $220 for a $1000 cabinet. I call them Krap-maid because they
are pretty much solid termite puke (I guess you could call it particle
board) connected with staples and hot-melt glue. I have had two drawers in
a three drawer base cabinet fall apart completely due to a lack of proper
glue and fasteners, and poor design. They are less than three years old.

I wouldn't bother, but your mileage may vary. In my new house, I'm building
them myself.
