remove spary and use soap dispencer in the kitchen

I currently have  a 4 hole sinck with 3 holes used by the faucet and
one by the spray.  I rarely use the spray and want to put in a soap
dispencer in its place.

I could just buy a new faucet but, It would cost me too much to have
it installed + the cost of the faucet.

Is there an easy way to remove the spray?  And what do I do with the
spray hose attached to the faucet?

Please help.
