The line is blocked somewhere downstream from the floor drain. Just because what came down the pipe next was from the disposal, does NOT mean that the disposal caused the bolckage. He could just have a wad of something in the house trap. The diposal refuse is merely a recognizable solid in the stuff that came back up. Doesn't mean it is the cause. -v.
