This should be a good lesson for you - never use the disposal to get
rid of large amounts of food - that's what the trash can is for. Small
amounts are ok, rinsing dishes is ok, but flushing 4 or 5 tupperware
containers of green leftovers is just going to cause trouble.
Eggshells are pretty bad as well.

I'm a bit surprised your sink drain didn't clog, rather than the much
bigger pipes downstream.
