Kraftmaid Kitchen Cabinets, where to buy

Since hurricane Isabel its very hard to get a kitchen designer here. 
So I designed it myself.  I like Kraftmaid summit in natural ( raised
panel with arch at top).  Can I buy them wholesale?  If not can I
become a distributer so I can get wholesale rates?  And finally, whats
the usual markup on Kraftmaid cabinets?
