Ceiling Fans - Westinghouse comments

Has anyone had any experience with Westinghouse fans.  We have found
one we like but we are unsure about the brand.

1) Are they quiet like a Hunter?
2) Do they vibrate?
3) Anyone had any fail on them?

Would like to hear any comments.
