Re: Home being built in Florida



The power company name is Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative, Inc.
(http://www.wrec.net/index.html)  She says she can't find anywhere in the
contract that states she's responsible for the electricity before her
closing.   Where could I check to see if she's protected against stuff like
this (if it's in the contract she probably can't do anything about it) I
just can't believe that a reputable contractor would charge for utilities
during construction.
