The power company name is Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative, Inc. (http://www.wrec.net/index.html) She says she can't find anywhere in the contract that states she's responsible for the electricity before her closing. Where could I check to see if she's protected against stuff like this (if it's in the contract she probably can't do anything about it) I just can't believe that a reputable contractor would charge for utilities during construction.
