Re: Home being built in Florida



She is not going to pay for her electricity until she opens her account,
under her name and address with FPL. If she looks closely, there's probably
no meter belonging to the house. Usually the builders will put up a short
pole, FPL will put a meter on it and the builder will draw his juice from
that.
