With furniture you sort of need to be home when it's delivered. We started watching for the truck after the first failed attempt. I watched as the driver and assistant intentionally dropped the box with the mirror off the back of the truck. Of course, I opened all the boxes on the spot and made then take the damaged stuff right back. I think they were hoping for an extra trip to pick the damaged stuff up. There apparently was a dispute between the Teamsters and Sears and this was their way of complaining. Often the damage you see is intentional.
