It is a good idea to very carefully inspect furniture before signing for it. If the delivery man gives you any problem, just refuse delivery and let him load it back up on the truck. If anything is damaged, don't accept it. Also, I would not accept incomplete deliveries, it's either all there and in perfect condition or else no sale. -- Tony Sivori
