I purchased around $2,000 worth of living room furniture from Rhodes Furniture. I get my couch, chaise lounge and coffee table delivered. As soon as they leave I notice the chaise lounge has a freaking HOLE in it! So I call.. they screw around for a while and send some guy out who looks at it and says "yep thats a hole". Yeah thanks ya genius. So he leaves! I call them and they tell me they arent sure what they're going to do to fix it.. they'll let me know. 2 days pass.. I call them to followup. Turns out they ordered the fabric and they're going to have some guy come to my house and re-stitch the cover on it!? What the hell? You delivered me a chaise lounge with a hole it.. whats up with that!? Now they're telling me it'll be at least 6 weeks before they can send him to fix it.
