Does anyone out there know of good sources of information to help decide
on whether or not to keep a management company?
Our HOA is having massive budget problems, and is threatening to stop
our trash collection. I'd like to cut out the management company, which
costs $40,000a year (a third of our total expenditures).
However, since I'm not on the board, they won't listen to me. I'd just
like to review information on whether or not the Management Company is
saving us much money.
My stepfather is the President of a smaller HOA and has never used a
management company.
