About 1 1/2 years ago, I bought a duplex for the sole purpose of renting it out. My assoiciation just passed an admendment to not allow renters. The only grandfather clause included applies for the current tennents. My tennent is moving out next month. Which means that if the association gets its way, I can't rent again. Is there any legal recourse against this admendment in the state of Illinois?
