What you're wanting to do makes no sense.

The information will be available to listing agents and any questions will
be fielded by them. Prospective buyers have time to review CC&R's. Do you
really think anyone gives a crap about the minutia of your complex if they
don't live there?

Trust me when I tell you that anything you send agents, title companies,
lenders, escrow agents, attorneys, plumbers, garbage men or whomever else...
will hit the trash can before you're done patting yourself on the back.
