Not only will properties "LOOK the Same" everyone must also "THINK the same"
(as the Board) OR ELSE.

Think long and hard about this. be sure to attend a few Board and Homeowner
meetings, talk to present Homeowners,  and SCRUTINIZE the financial
information that you MUST obtain before making this decision.

Its BUYER BEWARE time!!!!!!!
