Folks, The "Code of Conduct" which I mentioned in my initial post could be a legally binding agreement or contract between each Board Member and the HOA. Any behavior determined to be a liability to the HOA by the HOA's legal consul could then be utilized by the HOA to oust the offending individual. HOA have contracts, majority vote of the HOA & legal consul at their disposal, so why can't these tools be used to cleanse HOA's of the varied unscrupulous characters found within HOA's these days? Many Thanks!
