the last go around Gypsy had before she sold off the property was over
the lights she had put on the shrubs and trees in the parking lot -
this was about a year or two ago - the "Gypsy's Shinny Dinner" saga
started about 6 or 7 years ago before the dinner was placed on the
property and progressed for a couple of years before it could open for
business until the number of courses of bricks between the ground and
the chrome skin could be agreed on, and continued forward.  Other
commercial problems in the area have been the color of the "Red Roof
Inn" (It had to be BROWN and not red) - the color of a residences roof
- green was not the desired color for it, and the color of the local
Taco Bell structure.
