Master insurance polcies

I am a new officer for my small (7 unit) townhouse HOA in Mountain View, 
California.  We are looking to reduce the premiums we pay for our master 
insurance policy, and rather than blindly calling a bunch of insurance 
companies to get quotes, I thought I'd start by asking if anyone on this 
list could suggest insurance carriers that offer competitive (ie. lower) 
rates.
