Tell that to the REIT who changed the "SHADE" of the color of the
awnings it was replacing on its properties and see how much more power
a town council member has with the full municipal bureaucracy at his
disposal when a home owner, business or other individual gets caught
in the cross hairs of his sights!

Th9s is in a town that got a CAT leash law that is enforced on its
books after the aunt of one of the council persons had the fabric roof
of her car scratched and torn by a cat overnight!
