Folks, What's wrong with a comprehensive code of conduct which has been reviewed by a HOA's legal consul, signed by each Board Member and then utilized to keep Board Members from committing unethical behavior? Wouldn't it be in the best interest of the HOA & the Management Company to remove such misbehaving Board Members as soon as possible? Ideally, any solid evidence of misconduct would then trigger the HOA's legal consul (consul would actually earn their money) to inform the Board Member in question of their removal and it would serve as Band-Aid solution for the chronic problem of Board Member misconduct....
