ALL calls.  When you receive a call, you are charged from the time you
answer until you hit end, and most round up to the next minute; thus a 1
minute 1 second call burns two minutes of airtime.  When you make a call,
you are usually charged from the time the call is answered until it is
terminated.  The same rounding up applies.
